Wastequip is looking to fill a role within its Toter division and has a great opportunity for a GL Accountant. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the site accounting principles, procedures and initiatives in support of the overall business. This individual will participate in the month-end financial close process, help monitor the schedule and tracking of entries and help tracking of capital expenses. They will be a key part of the accounting function to help prepare financial reports and present findings related to A/R, A/P and GL activity to management.
Conduct outbound calling to key accounts to track customer satisfaction. Track activities within customer database. Generate leads for the environmental sales team.
Wastequip has an immediate opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to support our Eagleville, TN manufacturing operations.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain, troubleshoot and repair all plant machinery and equipment in accordance with blueprints, manuals, and specifications.
Responsible for following 1st piece procedure.
Responsible for cleaning hoppers and preparing area for material changeovers.
Work with engineers, designers, and/or other management personnel to set up, operate standard or specialized machine tools and accessory control devices to make a wide variety of parts.
Process molding machine, making minor changes in process to insure the quality of all products
Observe specific parts or equipment and materials in process to determine or analyze the cause of malfunctioning machines.
Starts up and shuts down injection molding presses.
Adjusts process parameters to correct cosmetic and/or dimensional defects injection and blow molding molded parts.
Perform routine mechanical inspections; maintain required records, and logs.
Dismantle and replace or repair defective components.
Perform minor electrical work.
Minor demolition work pertaining to facility maintenance and/or repairs,
Performs simple painting, obtain and return supplies and equipment.
Operate overhead crane, change molds and set-up machine for production.
Provide ownership and input of injection molding process and equipment for the reduction of defects, overall process improvement, and/or the reduction of downtime.
Operate maintenance machinery such as welder, metal saws, press, grinders and cutting torch, etc.
Ability to fabricate items as needed for production or building.
Prepare production molds by connecting all water as needed (chilled and tower water)
Connect mold heaters and mold thermocouple cables.
Connect hydraulics for mold valve gates and cores as needed in order to continuously support production schedules.
Use general ladder safety when obtaining, climbing and descending ladder.
Operate fork lift in accordance with safety rules.
Assist with plant maintenance activities as required.
Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
This position will be responsible for the development, implementation and continual improvement of production methods, equipment, tooling and processes in order to manufacturer “The World’s Toughest Carts.”
Wastequip has an immediate opportunity for a Material Handler to support our East St. Louis, IL manufacturing operation. The ideal candidate will use a fork truck to move raw materials, parts and finished goods throughout the plant to support production efforts.
Mt. Tarp has a great opportunity for a packer at their Middlesboro, KY facility. The Packer safely picks parts and/or finished products (when applicable) from all departments, and packs them in approved shipping boxes, crates and containers as instructed by product blueprints and parts requisition orders. This includes wrapping and packaging parts and small components, preparing boxes and small shipping containers and transporting parcels to storage racks for pickup.
