Nick Wiseman

Nick Wiseman joined Wastequip in 2014 as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) after a lengthy career with General Electric (GE). While at GE, Nick held various senior human resources leadership positions including Director of Human Resources for GE’s Oil & Gas – Flow & Process Technologies group. He is a graduate of GE’s Human Resources Leadership Program and his experience with GE also includes international work; for two years, he lived in Dubai and assisted with recruiting, staffing and training of GE’s Energy workforce in the Middle East and Africa. In his current role, Nick and his team are responsible for talent management, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, recruiting and staffing, executive compensation and benefits, and employee/labor relations. In 2020, Nick was a finalist for HRO Today’s CHRO of the year. He was also a 2022 finalist for the Charlotte Business Journal’s Best in HR.  Nick is a graduate of the University of Utah with a Bachelor of Science in Management. He also earned an MBA from Texas A&M.
