Wastequip self-contained compactors are designed for handling wet waste but are also used for handling dry waste in order to avoid the mess associated when breaking away a stationary compactor. These self-contained compactors are designed for hotels, restaurants, cafeterias, hospitals and other sites that generate at least 100 cubic yards of waste per week. Wastequip self-contained compactors feature a ½” thick ram floor for durability and fully gasketed doors. Our self-contained compactors are available in single and twin cylinder (space-saving) designs.
