Toter has partnered with National IPA to bring cooperative purchasing power to participating agencies across the country. Using a national master agreement, Toter and National IPA offer lower costs plus time and resource savings that allow municipalities to stretch both their budget and staff resources. There is no fee to participate with National IPA.

By purchasing Toter carts through National IPA, municipalities can save time and money by “piggybacking” via cooperative purchasing agreements that are pre-completed and already publicly solicited/awarded through an RFP process. All master agreements are held by a principal procurement agency. Even with restrictive codes and/or product requirements, National IPA bids have the flexibility to meet your agency’s standards.
